L’Association Capsa Horizons a été fondée en novembre 2016 conformément au décret-loi n°88 de 2011 régissant les associations en Tunisie.
Le média Radio Capsa FM, relevant de cette même association, a été officiellement lancé le 4 janvier 2017 en tant que radio associative citoyenne basée à Gafsa.

Charte éditoriale de Radio Capsa FM

Cette charte éditoriale constitue un cadre de référence évolutif, conçu pour accompagner le développement de Radio Capsa FM et refléter l’évolution de ses pratiques journalistiques. Elle peut faire l’objet de révisions régulières, en fonction des besoins identifiés au sein de l’équipe ou des retours du public.
Tous les contributeurs de la radio, qu’ils soient permanents, bénévoles ou externes, sont appelés à respecter les principes énoncés dans cette charte. En cas de modification, le comité de rédaction est habilité à proposer des ajustements. Ceux-ci doivent être examinés et validés par les membres de l’Association Capsa Horizons avant adoption finale.
1. MISSION ÉDITORIALE
Radio Capsa FM est une radio associative citoyenne, fondée le 4 janvier 2017 par l’Association Capsa Horizons. Elle agit comme un espace libre d’expression, d’accès à l’information, de débat public et de valorisation de la culture locale.
Nous nous engageons à :
• Promouvoir une information locale, inclusive, accessible et utile.
• Donner la parole aux habitants de la région de Gafsa, en particulier les jeunes et les femmes.
• Soutenir les valeurs de justice sociale, de liberté d’expression, de diversité culturelle et de participation citoyenne.
• Pratiquer un journalisme de solutions et de proximité.
2. LIGNE ÉDITORIALE ET DOMAINES DE COUVERTURE
Nos contenus prioritaires sont :
• Citoyenneté et vie publique
• Droits des femmes et égalité
• Environnement et changement climatique
• Mémoire populaire et culture locale

Le style rédactionnel est clair, simple et adapté au public : en darija (arabe tunisien) ou en arabe classique selon le format.

Capsa FM s’adresse prioritairement :
• Aux jeunes de 18 à 44 ans
• Aux femmes
• Aux habitants de Gafsa, de la région Sud-Ouest et à l’ensemble des citoyens tunisiens

La radio produit ses contenus principalement en arabe tunisien parlé et en arabe standard écrit selon les formats (radio, site web, publications).
