Editorial Policy 6.10. Disseminating procedure of crime Accompany law enforcement officers News crew should be aware of relevant laws and regulations when accompanying law enforcement officers during arrests and investigations. In these situations, serious legal issues such as violation of the law and privacy may arise. Therefore, this type of information should not be taken without the permission of the head of division or director of the department. Just because law enforcement officers are entering private property does not mean journalists have the right to do so. Journalists should not enter the property without the permission of the owner or representative in charge. 2.7. Privacy We should respect the privacy of every viewer, reader and participant related to certain event, and will not invade privacy without sufficient reason while collecting information. The principle of non-disclosure of private information about personal behavior, provided information, correspondence, and conversations shall be followed unless it deemed to be public interest sufficient reason. Even though there is no unified definition on the term “public interest”, it is understood to refer to issues affecting the public interest. Complaints, corrections / factual errors If you receive a phone call from a viewer, follow these instructions. Any complaints and mistakes should not be resolved without certain result. All complaints received from viewers will be replied with great importance and seriousness, and no matter how unreasonable or rude the viewer is, treat them politely and follow the instructions below. If the call, e-mail, or letter is about legal issues or damages, ask for a formal letter. Reporters, senior editors and other relevant officials shall not argue with the person who made the complaint and shall inform them that their complaint is noted and forwared to the management team. If the complaint is about inaccuracy of oral or written information directly related to the news prepared by you, the request for correction shall be immediately reported to the director of the department. Complaints filed by that person should not be corrected or resolved without consultation with the organization's lawyer, director of the department, and other relevant officials. But if the complainer's complaint is indisputable and the problem is minor, you can tell them that you will fix it. For example: Wrong spelling of surname or first name, etc. Complaint calls should be reported to the director of the department and should not be involved in any dispute with the complainant. No promises can be made without consultation. If it is proven that there is an error in important facts, the staff who prepared the news and information will be responsible for correcting the error. The director of department and the management team will decide how to correct the error.

The principle of the Editorial policy is to be "independent and unaffiliated from the interests of the government and religious organizations, political parties, and individuals." Section 10 of the Internal Labor Regulations specifically deals with Occupational Safety and Hygiene. Herein: 10.1. The employer is obliged to provide the employee with normal working conditions that meet labor safety and hygiene requirements and standards. 10.2. The company should have council and full-time employees in charge of occupational safety and hygiene. The council will determine the policy to be followed on occupational safety and hygiene, and will approve the work plan, its budget and expenses, and monitor its implementation. 10.3. A non-full-time permanent working group will be established and will be responsible for determining the cause of any industrial accident or acute poisoning. 10.4. The labor safety engineer shall improve the labor safety and hygiene management system, develops relevant rules, regulations, and instruction manuals, provides preliminary safety instructions to new employees and apprentices, organizes work safety training for all employees, and ensures the requirements of company-wide safety standards and will be responsible for tasks such as inspection, test, and elimination of violations. 10.5. All employees shall follow the "Occupational Safety and Hygiene Regulations".
