10.1. Processes for Ensuring Accuracy
65. Do you have internal rules and a systematic editorial process to ensure the accuracy of your content?
Yes
If you want to publish additional information, please provide it here.
This standard means that every reported fact must correspond to reality, and every opinion must be quoted accurately and without being taken out of context.

Yes
If you want to publish additional information, please provide it here.

Radio NV has internal editorial rules and a systematic editorial process designed to ensure compliance with the NV Editorial Policy and the Editorial Statute of TRC “Radio Era” LLC.
The editorial process includes the involvement of journalists, presenters, producers and editors. Depending on the format and type of content, materials may be reviewed before publication or broadcast, while live content is subject to editorial preparation and supervision.
Key editorial requirements include accuracy, impartiality, separation of facts from opinions, proper attribution of sources, avoidance of conflicts of interest and compliance with applicable legal and professional standards. Editors are responsible for ensuring that these principles are followed and for addressing any issues that arise during preparation or publication of content.
67. Do you have a verification process for content and the role of editorial oversight?
Yes
If you want to publish additional information, please provide it here.
Radio NV applies a content verification process appropriate to the type of material.
For pre-recorded or prepared editorial content, journalists and producers verify key facts and sources before publication or broadcast. Editors may review the content, request clarification, additional verification or corrections, and decide whether the material is ready for publication.
For live broadcasts, journalists and hosts prepare in advance by checking the available information, sources and relevant background. During the broadcast, presenters are expected to distinguish verified facts from opinions, assumptions and statements made by guests.
Editorial oversight is exercised by the relevant editors and the Editor-in-Chief. They are responsible for compliance with editorial standards, may require additional fact-checking or changes to content, and have the authority to decide whether material should be published or broadcast.
